About Our Baby

• He was born by c-section on March 13, 2013.
• We fell in love with him at the first sight.
• Most of people said he resembles hubby.
• He spent one night at the phototherapy room for light therapy because of jaundice.
• We managed to bring him home, safe and sound, by ourselves,  just the 3 of us.
• Now, he is the apple of our eyes and we thank God he’s here now with us.

The first time ever we saw his face

The first time ever I saw your face
I thought the sun rose in your eyes
And the moon and the stars were the gifts you gave
To the dark and the empty skies

The first time ever I kissed your mouth
I felt the earth move in my hands
Like the trembling heart of a captive bird
That was there at my command my love

38 Weeks

And the baby is still breech and I’m scheduled to have c-section next week on the 39 weeks. I do the exercises and talk to the baby as suggested by my hypnobirthing therapist but seems like he was meant to be on that position somehow.

The doctor said if they found the baby turn himself then I may cancel the c-section to vaginal birth. I was a bit upset at the first time as I really have prepared myself for vaginal birth. However, I realize it’s much more important to have a healthy baby no matter how is the way of the delivery. And who knows this will be my own unique birth story which is 6 days to go! 🙂

Hello March!

March has always been a special month for us,  but in this year this month is more special cause I’m in the 37th week of pregnancy now.  The delivery is around the corner. I’m really hoping to do the vaginal birth but seems like I’ll probably have to consider to have a c-section since my baby prefer to stay in a breech position and he still refuses to turn until today. Even I believe the safest way of delivery that brings a healthy baby into the world is the perfect delivery, our doctor said still there is a time to turn him so this momma still wanna give a try by doing some simple exercises recommended by doctor.

These couple of days are last days for me to enjoy him being inside my belly. I know I’m so gonna miss this moment someday!
